Horrible customer service. I brought my puppy in for her first vet visit and thought it would be fun to let my 4 kids come along. The staff was incredibly unhelpful, even with my dog. The building is situated right on Grand Ave and my small children were going out of the front door into the tiny parking lot right on the busy street. I was trying to control my large puppy who was overstimulated with the public outing and could not run after my kids very well. No on lifted a finger to help with the kids or the dog and probably would have watched them get run over before thinking to help. I also had two occasions besides in which the staff were rude or dismissive to me in person and on the phone. They have no understanding of basic customer service standards. Terrible.
