The care that they provide to your pet(s) is ok, however there over all service is UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. My mother and I spent over $400.00 or more on our dogs in one month. We wanted to board our dogs there in November (not during the holidays) and we were told that they were all booked up for the month of November, when my mom telephoned. Well, when she went there to their vet office and asked to speak with the veterinarian, and after waiting for about 45 minutes to do so, the Dr. told her that they only had room for cats and small dogs. Ok she told them, we have three, two are big, but one is a puppy and he weighs in about 28lbs and they still refused. We went straight to Sullivan Veterinary and they booked us for our dates with ease and their boarding prices are cheaper too. We will be going to Sullivan's Veterinary from now on.
