Such a great place to take your pet!! The Dr's are so nice, and care so much about your pet. They take the time to explain and talk to you not like other vets that just want to diagnose and take your money. Also have such a great staff. All seem so caring. Will definitely go back!

I refuse to go back to this animal hospital ever again, for it seems the doctors only wish to push you into spending more money. The business use to be more friendly, but the few employees who were so nice to me and my dogs seem to be replaced by others now who are not compassionate as much.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

I have dogs and cats and I take them to Dr. Tichie at Laurie Animal Hospital. He is wonderful! My animals love him.They don't like to go there but, when they are there,the Dr. is Great! I will not go anywhere else at the Lake for my animals but, here!!!!

Absolutely I learned so much and received great information on ways to improve my pet's health

It was some of the best pricing I have seen

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Not at all, their cologne smelled great
