last year we had to put our 15 year old dog to sleep. My husband and I were crushed, Dr. Trokey was incredible !! He was so kind to our dog , it was horrible to see our pup in so much pain.We had been very lucky over the years and never had to be in this position before. Dr.Trokey was so kind and compassionate with not only our dog but with us too. He knew we were coming , when I called him and told him we were on our way it was way past normal hours, but he waited for us . He knew how big our dog was and he rushed out to the car before I even parked to examine our dog and then ran back in the clinic , he came back out so fast that it was obvious he had prepared everything while we were driving up to the clinic. He assured me very gently that my dog wouldn't feel anything , that it was going to be fast and he'd be out of the tremendous pain he was in. It happened so fast and I could feel my dog relax and his pain was gone. Dr. Trokey was amazing taking care of our dog. I was so grateful he did all of this while our dog lay in the back of my jeep, it made it so much easier on both our dog and on us. After everything was done, he was unbelievably kind to my husband and me. He told us to take our time before we headed home, he didn't want either of us to be crying or shaken up while we were on the road. The clinic has kind of a in the country feel , this may sound weird but i remember sitting there and saying my goodbyes to our dog and I kind of felt a sense of peace , I knew he was ok now. I can never express my gratitude to this doctor. FYI, we have 5 dogs that are under Dr Trokeys care. Oddly enough I wasn't to sure if I liked Dr Trokey when I first met him, but he was so incredible with our dogs that I came back and back ... , best move I've ever made choosing a Doctor. By the way, I was also shocked at the drastic price difference between him and the Springfield vetinarians that I used in the past. You're pets will thank you and so will your bank account!!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Never, they are very reliable.

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.
