I quit taking my pet to them because I didn't like the way they treated him. Always a different person and acted scared of my pet. I take him to another vet that is not scared of him and the react very well with each other. I still went ther to buy my heartworm medications , until today. I went in and the little dark haired girl at the desk told me she would be with me in a few moments. then the people that came in after me (at least 3 or 4) were waited on before me by another person and even when there was no one else there and I was still waiting she never asked if she could help me. I stood there for quite some time. The other girl was walking around and acted like she was ignoring me and finally I told here there are other vets around since they didn't seem to care about my business. My new vets staff seems very well trained friendly and experienced unlike what I see at the Vet Clinic but doesn't carry the brand of heartworm I like but I will get it somewhere other that the vet clinic- I don't intend to go back there again.
