They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. All of their equipment seemed to be fairly new. I felt that my pet would be taken care of adequately. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. RUDEST STAFF AND the clinic was DISGUSTING. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Was this animal hospital's staff friendly?
Not Really
Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely not! They were so dirty and disgusting
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
They try not to, but sometimes it happens.
Is this provider's business conveniently located?
Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything
Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced?
Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday

I posted the previous review regarding leaving your pet at this place. In April 2012 we left our Jack Russells to be boarded for a week. Upon our return a week later we were informed one of them got loose while being walked. He was later found dead in the middle of the road. I never thought we would ever leave our animals with them again. We tried to come to terms with the loss of our pet and gave this place the benefit of the doubt. We left our Jack Russells with them again this month (Dec 2012) and upon our return home a week later we were told that another one of our dogs was missing and could not be found. She was also out being walked when the part-time Vet let go of her leash. This is two dogs we have now lost in the past 8 months due to the incompetence of this place. I don't care what anyone else says or how good they claim this place is. Bottom line is we have left our pets in their care and both times have ended up losing them. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS WITH THIS PLACE!!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I would never recommend boarding your pet. We left our dogs (Jack Russell Terriers) there to be kenneled for a week. The day after we dropped our dogs off an employee was walking one of our dogs and the leash came out of his hand. They claim they "looked" for our dog for a "long" time, but when they finally found him he was dead. Our dog ended up several miles down the road and had been hit by a car (leash still on him). No compensation for their gross negligence and no amount of money can ever replace our lost pet/family member.
