newer woman vet was rude/caustic when I questioned about older pets not responding to treatment. the young assistants lost my chart. one appointment they took my pet in back, never let me talk to a vet but charged me for office visit. too many incidents of unprofessional behavior.
my pet faired much better within weeks of trying a new vet.
