We had to put our pet down because he was suffering and had bone cancer. It was such an awful thing to do. The doctor and staff at Valley Animal Hospital were compassionate, loving, kind, and incredibly helpful. They did not rush us and always were friendly. Dr. Susan Burnett and staff are first class! Thank you Valley Animal Hospital Staff!

They have done very well. They have very kind staff that know what they are doing. All of our animals are rescues from Thief River Falls and we have taken all of them here and have had no issues at all. They are very good!

I had always brought my pet here for vaccinations and checkups. A couple of years ago, my cat (an outside cat) got very sick so I brought him in. The receptionist is very nice, but the vet could use some bedside manner. He told me my cat was dying, so they kept him overnight for observation. When I came to pick him up, he was laying on a NEEDLE. There is no excuse for that. The vet told me that I could call him any time. So when my cat was Having a seizure I called the number he gave me. And his wife answered the phone. She was VERY rude and told me not to call this number again.

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Never, and if I ask they seem annoyed to have to get it

No, I was kind of grossed out.
