I am now on my third puppy mill Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and the entire office has been a great help to me with all of their medical needs. I am very grateful for the care I received from the entire team at this clinic.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. I have rescue dogs and they take the extra time to calm them and make them feel comfortable before starting an exam. Dr. Draheim always makes me feel that he will stay as long as I need to answer all of my questions and everyone makes me feel like I am very important to them.
