A big THANK-YOU to the veterinarians and staff at Pine City Animal Hosptal for saving my dogs life. Last week I observed my 12 yr old female Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Trixie, vomitting and lethargic. I made an appointment for the afternoon. They immediately snapped X-Rays revealing a foreign object in her stomach. After lab work, and stabilizing Trixie with fluids and antibiotics, Dr. Radovic, assisted by Dr. Webster, performed emergency surgery. Retrieved was a bell Trixie chewed off her new Christmas outfit and a piece of horse hoof trimming she ate on farrier day. After fluid therapy and massive doses of antibiotics and antiflamatories Trixie was started on food Thursday evening and released Friday morning. Upon her return home all of Trixie's stuffed animals with remaining plastic eyes and noses were removed from her possesion. She will forever have limited activity in the barn on farrier day. To show sympathy for Trixie, Naomi, the Bengal house cat and the orange barn cat both vomitted . . . on the dining room floor. As of Sunday evening she is doing well. Thank-you again Pine City Animal Hospital for saving the life of my best friend.

If I could give them less than one star, I would. We moved to Pine City from a suburb of the Twin Cities. We started to take in stray/feral cats within the first year. We provide food and shelter for many feral cats, and those that we can catch and socialize, we bring into the house. We believe in spaying and neutering as many as possible. We have brought 14 to Pine City Animal Hospital for shots and spaying and neutering services Out of 14, they have killed 2 during the spay and neuter process. The statistics on mortality for cats and spay/neuter is .1%. One in a thousand. They have killed 2 out of 14, or 14%. 140 times the normal mortality rate. And that is just in one household! How many other pets have died during what should be a low risk surgical procedure?? Our sweet little ones are in heaven now, and I feel that I need to make sure other people don't lose their precious loved pets due to the medical incompetency of the team at Pine City Animal Hospital. If you love your animals, please take them to this clinic.

I can always count on this veterinarian to be there for me, whether it is to answer a late night phone call or come in for an after-hour emergency. Their dedication to their clients is unparalled to any other vet I've been to. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

They are by far one of the best veterinarian clinics we have experienced. They have been exceeding our expectations for over 20 years. It is very easy to get an appointment. They have a flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their emergency care is exceptional. When appropriate, they even talk us through emergencies over the phone, thus eliminating the cost of an emergency visit. When comparing them to others our dogs have visited through the years, they are among the best I have seen. When I arrive for my appointments the friendly staff are always waiting for us and treat my dogs with care and compassion. They zip us into the exam room so there are no mishaps in the lobby. I am always very thankful to have such great veterinarian care close to home.
