I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

Dr. Jeff is very easy to talk to and has great bed side manor. He is very knowledgable about exotic animals and their care. The staff is friendly and even called a local pharmacy for me to get a prescription I needed cheaper than what it was originally quoted. Every time I have been in I had a good experience.
