All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I have gone here for years but stopped today. They are too rushed to attend to you correctly,most of the time there is long wait in the waiting room. They have never updated the building inside, does not appear clean due to no remodeling.The prices are not low. Always appear too busy to get answers to pets condition after post-op surgery.Doctor is the only vet.and is gone quite alot. I am changing to another office, no perts to continue going to Freeway. And when told them of my feelings no one appeared to even care,.Sorry their loss, should have done this years ago.
