All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Extremely anxious! My pet was so relieved when we left

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Not at all, they seemed completely incompetent and unable to perform even the most basic procedures
Did you feel safe in this provider's care?
Absolutely Not!
Does this veterinarian offer emergency after-hour services?
Never! It's hard enough getting them to see me during regular business hours
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Never, my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives thanks to their care.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Was this veterinarian friendly to your pet?
Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.
