I called and spoke with the "office manager". He was extremely rude and couldn't provide requested records because he was extremely busy. He was rude, and annoyed at the face that one of his customers needed a service. How professional, right? He proceeded to give an attitude while i remained polite. how sad that the clients have to calm down the office staff.
