This place is horrible not only are they rude at the front desk... they do services on your pet and charge you for it then when you go to register them incase they are lost... they just take your money at the vet and you cant register them because what they did they never turned it that they received the service so apparently they say the micro chip them but don't...VERY RUDE FRONT DEST CLERK WITH BLONDE FRIZZ HAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Kelly no longer owns this practice. The new vets own several clinics and are running this one like a production line. The personal service and care for my pet went out the door when Dr. Kelly left, now it's all about over selling care for the younger animal that doesn't need it and not providing the personal care that my older dog that really needs extra care. Will not return.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
