I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. There is always food and water available I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

My biggest complaint is that I have waited up to an hour after my appointment before I'm seen. It's very annoying, but I know that in order to be able to ask questions and receive thorough feedback from the vet, there will be a time setback. Maybe the clinic could work on shaving the time down some.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is Kind Caring & Compassionate. My dogs get better midical than I do. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr. Holden is Great!

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
