I went to take my ill dog to The Well Pet Clinic and my experience with them was awful! The doctor lacks compassion and showed no sympathetic in my dog. I felt like she was trying to indicate we should just put him down and there isnt much that can be done just because he is a senior job. She was NOT listening to anything we were telling her and kept repeating the same questions over and over. If she would take the time to listen to us, she might of had a better idea of what was going on. She hardly done nothing for my dog and I felt like I lost so much hope for my baby. She put us in tears and I refuse to come back. I much rather spend a little more money to get better care from a vet who truly cares about animals.

I was truly amazed at the broad approach this provider took that considered so many aspects of my life outside of their specialty. Amazing!

My dog has issues with Vet clinics since a bad experience at a base vet. The staff made a good impression with myself and dog. I will continue to go to them. The prices are great and the staff was nice.

No! They took my terrified pet to a different room and wouldn't allow me go

The vet came in and never greeted my pet or tried to make her feel comfortable, then got upset when the puppy didn't respond well to her. They seemed to have complete disregard to the fact that my pet was scared and uncomfortable. They did not listen to what I needed and gave my dog unnecessary vaccinations when I explained more than once that she did not need them, then my dog swelled up and there was no one to contact for assistance because the office is closed on Fridays. You should possibly consider a way to contact someone for after-hour emergency services. Yes, the prices are cheaper but the service is mediocre at best. Would not recommend to others.
