Our dog had a critical emergency. Dr. Beebe refused to perform the life-saving surgery without total upfront payment.

Thankfully we found another clinic, Berkshire Veterinary Hospital, who takes some payment upfront and rest following the procedure.

I understand Dr. Beebe's jades business practices, but as a working-class family who doesn't have $2K IMMEDIATELY on-hand, I cannot give him a good review. My dog would be dead if he were my only option.

We couldn't ask for a more caring, helpful and knowledgable staff than Dr. Beebe and his staff. We cannot say enough good things about them ! ! !

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed! They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
