Worst vet staff EVER. I have taken my pet to Terra Baldarelli - DVM twice now and both times were down right animal cruelty how she handles your pet with such force, yelling and screaming at you, as the owner, when your pet is scared and acts out, to not touch it, and the applies more force to the pet as if it is a vicious pet, which it is not, nor has ever been to any family member, or other vet facility. My pet is not a wild pet, and has been nurtured in a loving, caring, affectionate home, and has never shown any tendancies towards being violent in any way in her nature. However the vet may have known that had she made any effort to get to know my pet....She never showed any compassion for the pet and their nerves. It is just unethical to react this way and lash out at an owner who is trying to calm their pet in scarey situations. Yelling and screaming at a human owner only makes the pet react even more trying to protect their owner.

Even on the first visit this same vet did not even do a basic check of the pet but yet made sure they charged for the service. No animal should ever be treated with such harshness and unethical measures. I hope this rating/review will prevent someone else from going through the horrific treatment as was received as an owner, and my pet. They never even tried to get to know the pet, by speaking softly, petting, or saying hello as all vets have done in the past that I have ever dealt with, they'd know I do not have a psycho pet on my hands. I moved and had to find a new vet, and NEVER EVER experienced such cruelty to my pet and to me as the owner.

Caution if you bring your pet in to have their nails cut. The vet pulled the leg from underneath my pet (so the pads of the feet were facing up) while forcely handling the scruff of the neck of my pet...who does that? and she squeezed the foot so hard the poor little light pink foot pads, turned bright pink/red...as if they were inflamed. She cut two and said the pet is too wild...I have had my pet's nails cut many times from various places, and never ever experienced any problems. However, again, this vet's policy is you cannot handle your pet during it's visit, which again, leaves your pet feeling vulnerable and scared. Where is the compassion???? Not at this facility that is for certain.
