You would think it wouldn't be too hard to send a reminder card for your pets annual exam, but apparently that is too much to ask of them. I am constantly forgetting what time of year it is supposed to be too. I was so frustrated that there was not a designated area for my dog to go to the bathroom, how is that even possible! My dog had to go to the bathroom really bad too, so I had to drive like a crazy person to try to find a little grass before it was too late. My pet almost died in their care due to a misdiagnosis and if I were you I would think twice about bringing your beloved pet here. The staff here is super rude and not welcoming at all. They would rather talk amongst themselves than to any clients! Compared to other veterinarians in the area their pricing didn't seem too bad, but I'm not sure I got my money's worth either. They refused to help my dog when she was literally dying in my arms. The rude girl at desk said dr jeffery is not allowed to leave sales barn to come 15 feet to help your dog. keep in mind my dog is barley breathing at this time right in front of her.... they sentenced my baby to death and its because he said she had a cold when it was a severe infection could have been treated with proper diagnosis... someone needs to take their licence they are killers

If you are looking for a veterinarian that goes above and beyond, look no further. They offer after-hour services for any emergency and will not hesitate meeting patients at the clinic rather than making them go to an emergency center where they know nobody. It is so reassuring to know that if I need them, they will be there for me. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet.
