This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

The outside of it is deceiving. By far the best vet i have visted. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We will definitely be permanent patients.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The examining rooms at Mcnutt Animal Clinic's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
