The Brownsboro animal clinic and Dr. Moody scared my sphyx cat for a routine spay. I brought my cat in for a spay and after the surgery Dr. Moody and his staff put my cat on a heating pad so hot while under anesthesia,it literally burned her skin off on her shoulders and under her arm. When I picked her up they handed her to me in her crate and told me she had a small rub from leaning on the kennel and to put neosporin on it like it was no big deal. I was horrified when I got home and saw the burns. It’s been 2 weeks now and she is scarred horribly. I am totally discussed and thinking of suing Dr. Steven Moody and his clinic.

My pup had an emergency and they got us in right away! Dr. Moody was so down to earth and willing to hear me out, but also took the time to explain every detail of my dog's injury to me. When we had a 1 week follow up, my puppy ended up being ok and both the doctor and the front desk celebrated with us! You could tell they were very happy that he didn't need surgery. I will be coming back.

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

Yes, they were immaculate.

Yes, food and water is always available. My pet loves it.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
