I would recommend them to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I feel the prices are high compared to others. The Vet and most of the staff aren't overly friendly and act like it's just a job, not really animal people. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. The time and money spent on this appointment was ok. Just another customer it seems. They do offer workable hours though.

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
