They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Dr. Nelson took care of a very old and cranky cat at the end of his life and was wonder with him and with me. Dawn is extremely knowledgeable and helpful about cat behavior and what is going on with them. Angela rescued a day old kitten and cared for him in her home and now he and another rescue from these wonderful people are my pride and joy. I recommend them highly.
