This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) They are all so wonderful with my babies :). My chihuahua mix gets spoiled almost as much there as she does at home!! They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They have unfailingly been extremely friendly for many years, I won't even consider switching to a different vet clinic!!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
