During my initial phone call I was told that they take care of everything not just eyes. My cat has eye issues, but recent weight loss was my main concern. After allowing them to do eye tests after clarifying that they do not do everything as promised, I was given a ridiculous estimate (over $5,000) after the $250 already dropped today. I decided to get a second option and just take the medicine they suggested. THEY NEVER WEIGHED MY ANIMAL AND GUESSED AT THE WEIGHT! ALL MEDIATION IS DISPENSED BY WEIGHT AND THEY WERE NO WHERE NEAR ACCURATE! I weighed him at home & HAD TO CALL & TELL THEM THAT THEY HAD THE WRONG WEIGHT & ASK IF THE DOSAGE WAS TOO HIGH FOR HIM! AND OF COURSE IT WAS! DO NOT EVER GO HERE! I wish I could rate it lower than 1 star!

Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept
