Shortly after moving to this area from northern Illinois we got a new puppy and Dr. Troop was recommended to us. I was extremely satisfied he’s very knowledgeable and offers very personalized service and really cared about my puppy. I’m very happy with his service

Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Dr Troop had big shoes to fill & he stepped up to the challenge. After moving to this area & missing the small town & kind- hearted family pet vet we had for decades we needed to find a vet with the same or similar setup & values we were used to. Dr Troop & staff were there for an emergency & we are reassured that both Dr troop & staff will be there for many years to give our family pets the care we will need in the future.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Yes, food and water is always available. My pet loves it.
