I called the emergency vet that was on-call after my dog had ingested roach poison. He didn't answer.
When he called back half an hour later, I asked him what the point of being on-call was if he wasn't going to answer. To which he replied, "I did answer, I'm returning your call right now. I'm glad you got help for your dog from somewhere else." Then hung up!
Do NOT go to this place. They obviously don't want to do their jobs, nor do they care about your pets at all.

They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. Even though my cat was barely able to walk, they acted as if I overreacted. When I didn't think the best thing for him (he was already having a great deal of stress because cats and dogs are held in the same room with the dogs barking), they said it is always harder for the owners. My cat, barely walking was not taken seriously. He was given an antibiotic but never diagnosed. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. Their main concern was to charge me as much as they could for as little as they could provide. The cat stayed their all day. We left a couple of personal items and food. He was not fed. His personal items were in a bag on the counter. This is a cash-making factory! They did not care about the welfare of my pet, even though he had a fever and was obviously ill. They answered some of my questions but I could have used more information (a diagnosis!!!). One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible and to clean the inside. Instead of smelling like medication or just smelling clean like other vet offices I have visited, it smelled of pet waste. l like they slighted me. I paid a great deal of money for a cure that is not working I should have saved my money and went to a vet much farther away (which is probably what I am going to have to do now). Almost $200 for an antibiotic that isn't solving the problem!

Truly a caring facility with small town values but complete services you would expect in a much larger community. I will never take my animals any place else. My pets know them and are excited to see them whenever we go. Sometimes we just pop in to say HI! And they always take a min to visit with us or pat a head. Thanks guys.

Yes, they are so amazing. They will come to the office after-hours for any emergency
