Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back.
