I've just returned from taking my chow chow to this vet and I must say I am a 110 % satisfied customer. All my questions were answered! the staff and vet doctor were extremely friendly and caring with my dog. My chow, named Nena is very hard to handle when she gets nervous, but they were always talking to her kindly and the vet even allowed her to stay on the floor when getting her shots, because the table made her too nervous. I never experience such amazing service, like I did here. The vet and staff were very gentle with my dog and explained everything we needed to know about my chow. I felt very comfortable, I will absolutely recommend this vet to all my friends!!!!

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Absolutely I learned so much and received great information on ways to improve my pet's health

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
