I love the wonderful care Dr. Stone provides for my 3 dogs he is outstanding!! Very knowledgeable and cares greatly about his patients. JoAnn is great too. The facility is no frills but I don't think your animal cares if you want frills go to an overpriced Vet in the area so YOU can be satisfied, as far as your pet goes I don't think there is a better vet out there !! Thanks Dr. Stone.

Today I took my dog Shorty into see Dr Stone for Shortys shots. Dr, Stone was very informative on all I asked him and he has always been very good with Shorty. Dogs know when they feel comfortable and Shorty felt comfortable. Shorty has been to see Dr. Stone since he was a puppy. We have never had any issues with Dr. Stone or his staff. Shorty is two years old now. Jo Ann Watson

Took a perfectly healthy dog to get castrated. After 48 hours my dog woke up and died from unknown causes. The interaction we had with them was horrible. They didn't take care of anything appropriately and did not compensate us for any expenses for the procedure or cremation. They were rude and I was completely disgusted by the way the reacted to our questions and concerns and absolutely ignorant to our feelings.

The compassion for the animals and their owners goes beyond saying. I would give them 10 stars if I could. We recently had to make the aweful decision to put our baby Faith to rest , she was 14, and as my husband and I both bawled (alot) while the procedure was performed, they were so comforting to us. Joann even helped to hold and comfort Faith with us through it. They probably don't know how much we appreciated that! They took care of the private cremation for us as well, and we received her remains back in a beautiful wooden box they provided, and some how that made it a little easier for us when we picked her up. I wouldn't trust Buster, our 5 yr old, to anyone else, neither would he, and they always remember our babies names, even though they treat probably 100's of animals. I am so glad to have found them, we've been going to them for 6 yrs.

I am very thankful to have Dr. and Mrs. Stone in town to provide services to my three dogs and two cats. I have been a client for about five years. Dr. Stone is very experienced and compassionate, though not shy to let you know if he thinks there is something you can do to improve care of your pet. While I have not always liked what he has to say, he is generally correct. Dr. and Mrs. Stone are incredibly compassionate, and it showed when it came time for me to make that awful, difficult decision that every pet owner dreads. With their help and compassion, it wasn't as difficult to say goodbye to my 11 year old best friend who died of cancer last summer. I will continue to be a loyal client of Northgate. Thank you, Dr. and Mrs. Stone.

There are not enough stars to describe Dr. Stone. I have been going to him for over 13 years and he has seen me through many ups and downs with my dogs. He and JoAnn were there for me every step of the way as my precious Hailey was reaching the end of her life. Trips to the office for medication were routine for nearly a year and half before it was finally time. They were amazing through this difficult process in terms of the care they provided to both Hailey and I. It wasn’t long after that that I returned to Dr. Stone with my new puppy and then his little sister. I love the fact that my dogs squeak with excitement when we arrive for a visit. They can sense my deep trust for Dr. Stone and there is no fear. Yes he gives them shots and has done surgery on them, but he also gives them treats and pets them and cares for them and in return they too trust him. I have had emergencies with my dogs, there have been late night phones calls, there have been questions galore. All I can say is I couldn’t ask for a better vet. I trust completely with my most precious fur babies. Many thanks to him, JoAnn, and his staff for their continued outstanding care and kudos too for the shelter animals to which they provide care. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

This was my first time ever visiting a vet. We got a dog and needed him neutered. They had about the best price in town and Dr. Stone did a brief exam of teh dog and let me know that he thought he looked great. I was able to leve the dog there all day while at work and pick him up in the evening. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
