Very good, excellent in fact...From proficiency to medications I think these guys know what they're doing. Dr. Brown & his son are so patient and never seem rushed...That means a lot when a lot of doctors hardly say hello , let alone ask how you / your dog are doing.

Dr. Brown is a great vet. He is more worried about you pets than most of the other veterians in the Quad Cities BAR NONE!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with.. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they will be my vet until he retires. Doc Brown always provides outstanding care, he is NOT a full service vet. He has limited capabilities and that keeps overhead low so he can provide affordable veterinary care for our pets. I suggest if anyone has a problem with the way he practices to find another vet, the fact that SOME people keep going back and expecting different results is the definition of "crazy". There are so many vets in the Quad Cities that finding an alternative is super easy, Doc Brown and his staff ALWAYS refer to Animal Family for cases they can't treat, its ALWAYS been this way, I'm going to guess they suggested that to the cat lady, but she didn't want to pay for it cause they are ridiculously expensive? Maybe he just figured since she had all the answers she didn't need him???
