Dr. Hitchcock and is staff are exceptional. My pets are extremely important to me and I used other Vets in my area and will never take them to anyone else. Two of my babies almost died with a respiratory problem, spent almost $800 but they were getting worse. Dr. Hitchcock was kind enough to take them as patients, treatment began immediately. Skippy and Button would not have lived had it not been for Dr. Pat. There's no way to express my gratitude for the kindness and support my pets and I have been shown over the years. My sincere Thanks to you Dr. Hitchcock and your staff.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely! I can always count on them

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language that the two women used. I think the relationship between the blonde woman and doctor was a bit strange. She was very unprofessional and loud. I wish they had been more professional. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. I was unimpressed with how insensitive they were when my pet was sick. They just told me the worst case scenario with total disregard towards my feelings. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. THE ONLY THING THEY WERE ANXIOUS TO DO WAS GIVE ME MY BILL! I paid my billwith cash, then got another bill in the mail. When I called to dispute it they said they needed proof that I paid. of course after paying in cash, I could not produce proof. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
