They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They made my experience that much more enjoyable.

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.
