Our dog is a rescue and has issues. We prepared the office for how difficult she can be and they scheduled us accordingly. The Doctor was kind, patient and gentle. We were amazed at how well she behaved while under his care. The staff was incredibly kind as well. We are new to the area and grateful to Petsense for the recommendation. This office truly raises the bar.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Whenever I have to go out of town I always use this animal hospitals boarding facility. My pet is always so well taken care of and gets so much love and attention from all of the staff. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either.
