The BEST place to take your pets. I love these guys! The greatest thing about them is that they care more about your pet more than about selling you extra services. Their prices are great and Dr. Bernal is very kind.

Our cat Zoe saw Dr. Bernal for a wellness exam. What stands out the most for me, is that when he examined Zoe (who was obviously nervous) he soothed her and kept her calm during the entire exam.

Since our first visit, our cats have seen Dr. Bernal a few times, and he is great. Mainly, he seems to legitimately love cats and spends so much time with you and your animal(s), it makes you feel like you are the only patient in the entire practice. He is a unique veterinarian and his staff is always very helpful.

My cats have also been there for grooming and I am very happy with their services. I am glad I found Dr. Bernal we really feel this is a great place for Cats. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Strongly Recommended!!!! Wonderful kind and caring office staff welcomed us. Dr. Bernal was gentle and calming to my dog. They explained everything before it was done and put my mind at ease. My prescription was filled without incident and the cost did not break my bank account. My dog and I are very happy with his new doctor.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Whenever I have to go out of town I always use this animal hospitals boarding facility. My pet is always so well taken care of and gets so much love and attention from all of the staff. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I felt absolutely at ease leaving my pet here- everything is brand-new and top of the line. Their equipment is all the most advanced, so I knew my pet would be getting top of the line treatment.

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.
