Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They had a good selection of magazines and really funny posters in the waiting room.Although I did not have time to read many cause my appt was kept on time NO WAITING. I wish I were an animal this dr. is awesome and caring
