Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

No, they encourage you to just go to another emergency vet

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
