WORST VETERINARIAN OFFICE EVER!

The Forest Veterinary Office's resident front desk clerk with the butch haircut gives out false/wrong quotes for their pricing packages and then when it comes time to pay the bill, you find out that it's really twice as much as they had quoted originally and then if you dare to ask any questions or ask to speak to the veterinarian about the horribly rude service and incorrect information that she gave you, the front desk clerk will further insult you and claim that the veterinarian will refuse to answer any questions about billing.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. Charges were after the fact, I've spent well over $1500 for services rendered over the last few years. Shot was given without my knowledge until it was time to leave. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.

I love Dr. T and his lovely staff. They know our family, including the dogs, by name and are always glad to see us. They provide great care and I wouldn't go anywhere else
