Caring, loving to my dogs and found and corrected health problems that were misdiagnosed elsewhere. Very happy with all staff, veterinarian and dental veterinarian.

Wow,In my opinion, a "mean",know it all! staff that is more interested in whats for lunch than my sick puppy. The Doctor took her good natured time seeing my pet and i, and only found part of the problem. I ended up taking my pet to another vet off island.
Henceforth, ill drive a few extra miles to find someone who gets it right.

Went here with my boyfriend and his puppy 2 weeks ago. We weren't happy with the service at all. They talked us into a ton of tests we didn't need and the bill was over 400 dollars. The people who checked us out seemed to talked down to us. After all that, the problem came back. We are now going to the clinic just off the island in the shopping center, good prices and the problem has been solved.

I unfortunately had to put my dog down yesterday, the staff and vet were truly amazing during such a difficult and horrible time. They were patient and understanding. They made me feel comfortable in the difficult decision I was faced with and never made me feel judged or wrong.

After receiving a cold hello from the receptionist, I was placed in a room with my sick animal while the staff laughed and joked!!!. I waited for a half hour for Dr.Techeira to finally walk in.After she stopped laughing with her staff and playing with her jewelery , before she decided to help my poor pet.
After leaving...with a 600 dollar vet bill... 12 hours later my pet was dead. Pictures of the xrays I took from this vet and the ER led one of the top doctors in Miami(5 star 346 ratings) to conclude that the iv my pet was given filled her lungs with water,and made her go into congestive heart failure. I cannot have the life they took, but my Lawyers will make sure this doesn't happen to one of you,.If you value your pet, don't take him/her here!.

We took our 12 year old Lab Sadie for her first visit to Pine Island Animal Clinic for a slight Limp and shots . Dr. Techeira used laser therapy treatment on Sadie and she really seemed to enjoy it. To our surprise , Sadie walked out of the clinic with out a limp ! Amazing Doctors , Staff and facility . Our search is over ; we have found Sadie's new Vet. !
We will also be using them for our other 3 Dogs as well. They really care !
