Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule

No, there is no way to reach this vet if it is after business hours
Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet?
Not really, it was a little upsetting

The staff seemed completely overwhelmed and unable to be civil or do there jobs. From my experience It appears as if the office manager (I don't know her name?) is the vet's wife and is allwed to treat customers however she wants to. Rude and arrogant seems uneducated, no manners.. Won't return.
