Dr Hirsch and his friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here- even on my first visit I was seen right away and treated very well. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time because that is no easy feat with all of the animals coming in and out. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! Definitely worth making the switch!
