I phoned the vet center to get an appointment for neutering. I was assured that if I came in that day for pre-screening that I would get an appointment for surgery on 28 Feb, however that the wait for today was between 1 to 1 and a half hours. I gave her my word that I'd be there and that waiting was OK with me. I came to the clinic and the desk clerk told me that the wait was over 3hrs and that I could not leave the premise. Additionally, they had booked the last 28 Feb apptment. I asked if she was sure I was not the one scheduled for the 28th and she told me she was sure because I had not been to the office before and someone else was booked. needless to say, I left. Only to be called within 3 mins by the vet office asking if I could return because I was the ONE with the last 28 Feb apptmt. If the desk clerk could have taken a little time to listen to the customer this would have been avoided, but no, she had her mind made up and would not even check the apptment list when I asked her because she was so sure I had not been scheduled. Lesson learned, please "listen" to ur customers you might learn something. I'll got back to Firestone RD for vet services. You don;t need me anyways looked like you had plenty of customers. Good luck.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. They are wonderful at WELLS RD ANIMAL HOSPITAL,Great followup care .

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
