They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my dog's health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They've never used foul language. They make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They sometimes have a promotion or special going on. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but it was not too long.
