Let me tell this Vet office was very compassionate. We had to put a baby of 13 years asleep. The Vet tried meds to help our boy Samson but it just did not work. We knew it was time to put him asleep, and now he does not suffer with any pain. We got his ashes back yesterday and that was very quick, and again the staff was compassionate to my wife when she picked up the ashes

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

They'll get it for you, but you have to ask several times before they actually do it

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. The waiting room here is spacious. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
