I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
