I greatly enjoyed dining at the Squash Blossom when I used to travel to Memphis on business. I especially remember the gado-gado and the blueberry-millet muffins. I was hoping that the Squash Blossom was still in operation as I would like to visit Memphis again and enjoy a meal there.
