I have had fantastic results! Dr. Fabrizio is very easy to work with and he knows just how to keep me motivated. The medication really helped with my appetite and the B12 fat burner shots are fantastic! What I like best is that he actually sees me at every visit! His staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable as well.

I have also used his esthetician. I had the best facial that I have ever had. She also performed laser hair removal for my underarms and even though I am not finished with my treatments, I have already started seeing results!

I have been very pleased with the services I have received and would recommend them to anyone who is serious about weight loss! Definately worth trying their esthetician as well.

My husband got me a gift certificate from the Port Wentworth location but they closed before I could use it. The Savannah location would not issue a refund and did a very sorry job of honoring the treatments that the gift certificate was for. The facial I received was great, but because of the bad business practices I experienced I will not recommend Premier to anyone.

My husband purchased a gift certificate as a Christmas gift for a "Premier Experience" spa treatment. When I called to make an appointment, they said they no longer offer massages and are giving us a hassle about our refund even though they are still in business as a weight loss clinic. We are being told they cannot contact their own office manager by phone only by e-mail. Hopefully the physician at this location is legit and will refund our money. We'll keep you posted on what the results are.
