I visited this business because I saw it on SpaWeek and this business was offering colonics for $50. I've been considering having a colonic done for a while. I also wanted to support a black owned business. Let me start by saying that the customer service needs some work. I expected a reminder/confirmation call a couple of days prior to my appt. but that never happened. I called and confirmed my own appt. When I asked the person if that's part of their practice, she said that me calling confirmed the appt. I asked her if she had any advice or tips, something that I felt should have been offered to me since I did mention that this was my first colonic. I was turned off by all of this but decided to keep the appt. When I arrived that morning, the door was locked and the employee walked towards the door with almost a scowl on her face. She opened the door, and I greeted her first and her response was less than pleasant. I told her that I was nervous b/c this was my first colonic & she did nothing to calm my nerves. Long story short, this was not an enjoyable experience. As a matter of fact, it was pretty painful. Probably didn't help that I really didn't feel welcomed and relaxed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone which is a shame b/c I really would like to support this business. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JOB #1
