To not go to this Dr. based on the one bad review about a receptionist would be a mistake. Dr. Troy Spurrill is amazing. He is more knowledgeable about the human body than any doctor I have ever been to. He helped me with my back, overall health, and an ongoing digestive problem that no medical doctors I had seen could diagnose. I had had fevers for two years until he was able to quickly figure out my problem and help me cure it through non-invasive methods. My friend used to work for him and sings his praises, I know many many patients who have had all kinds of health issues who have gotten help from Dr. Troy. He is a genius. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

I had an awful experience at Synapse Center for Health and Healing. I spoke to the receptionist about a certain date and time that I needed an appointment for and she took my name and number and promised to call me back about that appointment. A week later she hadn t called me back, so I called the clinic again and the appointment was no longer available at that time. When I questioned her about it, she said "I can t keep track of who I tell what to" . She ended up hanging up the phone on me during that conversation and not answering any other calls from my number. When I spoke to the owner Dr. Troy Spurrill about this he promised me an apology phone call from the receptionist for hanging up the phone on me. This never happened! I would never recommend a place so rude and unapologetic about it. I gave it 1 star because 0 stars is not an option
